  • All Pokémon TCG products sold by TheMellowsCardshop are genuine, officially licensed products. We do not sell counterfeit or reproduction cards.
  • 3D printed collectible plaques are original designs created by MSMELLOWPULLS LLC and are sold as decorative collectibles only.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the rarity, value, or investment potential of any Pokémon TCG product.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days for in-stock TCG products and 3–5 business days for made-to-order 3D printed plaques.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
  • We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • MSMELLOWPULLS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
