NO REFUNDS • NO RETURNS • ALL SALES FINAL
At TheMellowsCardshop, all sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products, mystery products, live breaks, and related merchandise, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please Note:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or changes of mind.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, print imperfections, centering issues, grading outcomes, or card condition variations that occur during the manufacturing process.
- Live break purchases, rip-and-ship orders, and opened products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing due to a shipping carrier issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. We will work with you to help resolve the issue and assist with any carrier claims when applicable.
